General terms and conditions
The offers of the shop are exclusively addressed to commercial or freelance buyers. All prices ate net prices plus statutory value added tax ex-factory. You will be informed of the respective shipping costs on receipt of your order. Depending on the different weights, sizes and quantities shipping will be made either by parcel service or a freight-forwarder. Based on that and the distance the respective final shipping costs will be calculated.
Tip: You can declare gifts worth up to ¤ 35.-- (excl. VAT) as operating costs when making your tax return. (Applies to Germany only)
1. Advertising imprint (not available by webshop)
We can provide all the products illustrated with your logo by the following means:
- sand-blasting
- screen or pad printing
- engraving
- labels on the most varied materials
- hangers
- printing and embossing on the packaging (word or carton)
For this purpose, we require artwork in a pdf or eps format with at least 3000 dpi resolution. Any additional costs incurred will be discussed in detail with you in advance.
You can change the proposed colour of the corrugated carton without problems and thus adjust it to your company colours. Standard colours: blue, red, green, yellow, black, bordeaux and natural.
2. Combination (not available by webshop)
All products illustrated can be combined with each other. You can combine practically every bottle colour with every bottle shape and with practically every filling. Select your favourites from our extensive label programme.
3. Bottle fillings (not available by webshop)
Instead of grappa for the same price a different schnaps can be chosen from our extensive range (Willaims, Kirsch, Apfel, Obstler etc). Our spirits are not industrial products, but rather the result of a long family tradition of distilling. The bottle fillings are valid only for specially produced flacons with company logo. The filled quantity in mouth-blown flacons can vary slightly.
4. Samples
We would be delighted to send you samples, however at cost and without returns. We make samples of sand-blasted bottles with your logo available filled for ¤50.--, samples of flacons with company logo can also be produced also at cost of ¤70.--. In the case of an order of at least 1000 bottles the additional costs will be refunded.
5. Small changes
such as, for example, motif changes on tea caddies, serviettes or change of vintage for wines do not represent a reason for complaint. More significant changes will be discussed with you.
6. Complaints
Faults of any kind should be notified to us as soon as possible. Please, therefore, check the goods carefully on receipt with respect to completeness and intactness. We can only accept complaints within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Only defect or faulty goods are justification for their return. Foods are excluded on principle, from replacement.
7. Shipping
Almost all offers are hand presents designed for personal presentation. For a surcharge of ¤ 1.25 per present we can also pack each present for you in absolutely break-proof packaging.
Delivery services: (not available by webshop):
- 24-hour service: order by 12.00 hrs. today, delivered tomorrow
- After-work deliveries: on request we also deliver in the evening between 17.00 and 22.00 hrs.
- Saturday deliveries: we are also delighted to deliver on Saturdays
- Choose a day; you tell us on which day you want your delivery

8. Individual shipping (not available by webshop)
We would be delighted to look after the individual shipping for you. Costs: ¤ 7.00 per parcel.(including packing of a non-personalized card, outer carton, address sticker, coding, postage – domestic). Surcharge for personalized card: ¤ 0.50, postage outside Germany on request) Processing is only possible when your order is completely available (order, address file in Excel format and possibly greetings cards). Afterwards we cannot not accept any changes to addresses or to the present.
9. Delivery and payment conditions
All prices quoted are net prices ex-factory. Payment is due within 14 days net without any deductions.
10. Incorrect details
Despite frequent controls, errors are always possible in the details on the website and in the web-shop. If this should be the case with a price, the actually foreseen price then applies. We will, of course inform you in the individual case.
11. Place of fulfilment and jurisdiction
The place if fulfilment is Traben-Trabach; place of jurisdiction is Wittlich.
12. Data processing
With the placing of an order the customer declares his acceptance of the general terms and conditions. The sale contract is concluded if the customer receives confirmation note with details of the delivery date and the transport costs and does not object to this within 2 working days. He thus also in agreement that his data is stored and transmitted unencrypted by the suppliers.
