Shipping costs
Mailing expenses apply to each package and are calculated by the individual weight. We send the packages per DHL (German Post) up to a maximum weight of 31.5 kg. In individual cases it may happen that the volume of the product might exceed the maximum dimension of the parcel (60 X 60 X 120 centimeter), although the maximum weight is not yet reached. In that case, several packages will be sent and the mailing expenses repeatedly incurred if necessary. This specific situation cannot be displayed in the shop when calculating the mailing expenses, however should this event occur, the relevant mail expense information is indicated on the invoice which is accompanies the packet. We pay careful attention to send the goods in the most cost efficient manner.

Shipping per forwarding company
Having greater quantities (more than 3 packages) or fragile products, shipping per forwarding company normally recommended. If we prefer shipping per forwarding company, we will inform you per telephone about additional mailing expenses that might occur to clarify the approach (e.g. if there is an opportunity to exchange a europallet).
